We're excited to welcome a permanent Emergency Room Physician to our team. BJ - #3290654 The Emergency Medicine Physician will deliver high-quality care in a Level II Trauma Center, handling diverse cases and performing procedures such as intubations, chest tubes, central lines, and critical care. Team Size: No mid-level providers; exclusively staffed by board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians. Culture: Dedicated to excellence in patient care with a collaborative and supportive environment. Schedule: Full-time, 10-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations).
40 hours of physician coverage daily.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt, compassionate care to patients in critical need, treating each one with respect and empathy.
Assess and stabilize patients efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition to appropriate care settings.
Collaborate with a supportive team of nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals every day.
Communicate clearly with patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and next steps.
Keep detailed, up-to-date medical records to ensure consistency and quality in patient care.
Engage in ongoing professional development and share best practices with colleagues.
Contribute to creating a friendly, efficient, and safe environment in the emergency room.
Qualifications
Board-certified in Emergency Medicine with a genuine passion for delivering care that truly makes a difference.

Benefits
W2 Employee (Living in the Community): $250/hr + $10/hr quality bonus (annualized earnings of $540,800 for 2080 hours/year with bonus).
1099 Independent Contractor (Living in the Community): $275/hr + $10/hr quality bonus
1099 Independent Contractor (Travel): $285/hr
Bonuses: $100,000 sign-on bonus (forgivable loan over 3 years). For those living in the community
Relocation Assistance: Not specified. Benefits (Costs and Amounts): Paid professional liability insurance for all models.
