Overview

Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Human Resources Management (HRM), Planning, Program Analysis and Evaluation Directorate, People Analytics Division located in Washington, DC. Responsibilities

As the Director of People Analytics for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, you will lead a highly talented team in a fast-paced environment with high-profile projects and programs. You will leverage a multitude of analytical tools (Python, R, Databricks, SQL, AWS, ChatGPT, PowerBI, Cognos, Tableau, etc.) to conduct highly complex analytics concerning the workforce and workforce-related processes, which will be used by leadership to make critical decisions. You will utilize your expertise in Business Intelligence tools to create insightful, easy-to-understand, and transparent visuals for leadership, and you will frequently use your briefing and storytelling skills to brief CBP and DHS leadership, as well as OMB, Congress, the media and other internal and external stakeholders. This position starts at a salary of $167,603.00 (GS-15, Step 1) to $195,200.00 (GS-15, Step 10). Typical work assignments include: Additional Information
