Our hotel is looking for an Assistant Director of Property Operations to join the team. If you are passionate about providing safety and world-class experiences, this is the job for you! Our waterfront hotel has 1,190 guest rooms and more than 170,000 square feet of elegant indoor and outdoor event spaces. Shift Pattern:
AM, PM, Overnight Salary Range:
$95,000 - $122,000 Benefits

What will I be doing?
Assist in directing and overseeing the functionality and safety of the facility, including physical buildings, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, life safety systems and grounds in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. Conduct facility inspections and direct construction, installation, maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical and architectural systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety. Assign, verify and document completion of routine maintenance and repairs in the property maintenance management system. Communicate with city/county/state officials to ensure proper maintenance of permits and licenses, coordinate required inspections and ensure full compliance with codes, regulations and safety standards. Assist in the execution of capital projects and property rehabilitations. Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance, including supervision, scheduling, counseling and evaluations, professional development and recognition. Recruit, interview and train team members. Act in absence of the Director. Lead special projects as needed. What are we looking for?
