Senior Manager, Business Development: Corporate, Antitrust, and Other Practices New York NY Job ID: 20326 A firm seeks a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager, Business Development to be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of business development and marketing strategies for the Firm’s Corporate, Antitrust, and Other Practice Groups (Employment, Real Estate, Tax). Reporting to the firm’s Head of Client Development, this role involves collaborating with firm and practice group leadership, partners, and the Business Development and Marketing (“BDM”) team to create and implement innovative business development strategies that align with the firm’s goals. Additionally, this position oversees and mentors business development team members, ensures alignment with the firm’s objectives, and fosters professional development. Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive business plans for assigned practice groups, coaching attorneys on business development, overseeing tailored pitches and RFP responses, staying current on market and industry trends, building relationships across offices and departments, conducting market research and competitive analyses, planning client-facing events, coordinating with Communications and Marketing Technology teams, mentoring a Senior Business Development Specialist, supporting firm growth programs, maintaining a pipeline of opportunities, identifying speaking and sponsorship opportunities, and handling ad hoc projects as required.
