Business Process Analyst

to support a contract with a federal agency focused on critical infrastructure protection and secure information sharing with the private sector. As a Business Process Analyst, you will assist in managing project logistics, maintaining clear and organized documentation, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure efficient project execution. Your primary role will involve coordinating with field offices and headquarters divisions, maintaining official records, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all project-related documents, products, and intelligence. You will contribute to improving the agency\'s processes, refining workflows and documentation that support critical national security efforts. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure project timelines are adhered to and all relevant stakeholders are informed. You will also edit and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other key documents to support organizational transparency and efficiency. Documentation Management: Edit, revise, and ensure consistency across multi-page documents (50-100+ pages), managing all aspects of the editorial process independently. Project Support: Plan, coordinate, and track project logistics to ensure smooth execution and timely completion. Data Analysis: Analyze and manipulate large datasets (thousands of data points) to produce insights and support decision-making. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with field offices and headquarters divisions to track project logistics and align with the project timeline. Record Keeping: Maintain official records on project logistics, ensuring documentation is up to date and accessible. SharePoint Support: Develop, maintain, and organize SharePoint sites to facilitate data sharing and collaboration. Task & Meeting Support: Schedule and organize internal meetings, trainings, and staffing logistics with documented actions. Process Documentation: Update and maintain SOPs and related process documentation for operational consistency and efficiency. Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a business analysis, administrative, or project support role. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, CSM, LSS). Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (large datasets, pivot tables) and SharePoint development/maintenance for document management and collaboration. Key Traits: Highly organized, strong editor and communicator, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, collaborative team player, motivated. Preferred Qualifications
