Our Product Sales Specialists are dynamic, engaging, and entrepreneurial. They drive strategy, planning, and execution of sales for Appspace’s Employee Comms Solution to Appspace customers and prospects. They work with strategic partners and channel teams and collaborate with other Appspace Account Executives or directly sell to buyers. This is a sales role with an individual quota and commission plan, not an overlay position. A Day in the Life of a Product Sales Specialist

Lead Appspace Employee Comms sales for your assigned territory Target new customers, upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts with account teams Act as the go-to expert in a collaborative sales approach with strategic technology and channel partners Build and execute a business plan with strategic partners and the channel community Collaborate with Account Executives to drive joint opportunities Present the Appspace story and Employee Comms capabilities in early sales stages Engage cross-functional resources from Engineering, Marketing, IT, and others as needed Grow and convert pipeline, establish reference customers Accurately forecast pipeline and report opportunities to achieve sales results Negotiate with peers, partners, and customers to win deals Represent Appspace at partner meetings, trade shows, events, and conferences What You’ll Need

5+ years in a sales or business development role in information technology with SaaS selling experience preferred Deep expertise in selling employee comms solutions to HR, communications, and technology buyers Bachelor’s Degree; Business or Computer Science/IT preferred Entrepreneurial, energetic, self-starter with solution and relationship sales skills Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects, partners, and customers; comfortable presenting to senior levels Strong team-selling skills and business/financial acumen to identify and qualify opportunities Experience in discovery, qualification, negotiation, and closing Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems The Perks of Working for Appspace
