Overview
AdRoll is seeking an Account Executive to join our North America sales team. In this role, you are responsible for evangelizing our full funnel performance marketing platform and building strong relationships to win net new logos. We’re looking for someone who enjoys hunting and building new relationships, can think strategically, is collaborative, and has the drive to succeed. We are industry leaders and the team you'll be surrounded by is collaborative, driven, and friendly. Our team is passionate about taking on new challenges together and supporting each other along the way. AdRoll is looking for someone who can work in many fields and help grow their customers by finding leads and closing sales deals with new prospects. They also act as intermediaries between other departments within an organization to ensure the success of their clients. As an Account Executive, you will be an individual contributor who is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal. The Impact You’ll Make:
Own the full sales cycle: identify, nurture, and close new business opportunities Consistently achieve quarterly sales quotas by managing a robust pipeline and leveraging outbound sales strategies Conduct consultative sales calls and presentations, deeply understanding customer needs and positioning our solutions effectively Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and smooth onboarding Share valuable market insights and customer feedback to influence product development Skills You’ll Bring:
4+ years of experience in full-cycle SaaS, advertising technology, or digital advertising sales, with quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market focusing on closing net new logos Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels, including phone, LinkedIn, video, and email Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and successfully managing complex sales processes Experience with a sales methodology such as Force Management, Challenger, or Sandler An understanding of the digital marketing and adtech ecosystem Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Salesforce and Excel Existing strong relationships with D2C brands A self-starter mentality with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Benefits and perks:
