client is looking for a strategic and results-driven
Senior Brand Manager
to join its NYC office and lead innovative, consumer-focused marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and sales across U.S. markets. This role will shape brand strategy in a highly competitive industry to expand the brand's consumer base while still remaining true to who they are by leveraging digital, social, influencer, and retail/on-premise activations. What the Senior Brand Manager Will Do:
Brand Strategy & Execution
– Develop and implement integrated brand plans that align with business objectives and deliver measurable growth. Social & Influencer Marketing
– Lead digital and influencer strategies to boost engagement, conversion, and brand presence. Omnichannel & Retail Integration
– Drive merchandising and promotional programs that maximize consumer impact. Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Work closely with PR, sales, content, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless brand alignment. Data-Driven Decision Making
– Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to optimize strategies. Leadership & Innovation
– Manage and mentor a team of 5 Marketing Managers and champion a collaborative, high-performance culture. Senior Brand Manager Requirements:
7 - 10 years of marketing experience
with a strong background in digital, social, and influencer strategies. Must have experience in the spirits / alcohol industry
including a deep knowledge of the U.S. 3-tier system and trade marketing. Proven success in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that reach new demographics and audiences. Skill in managing and mentoring direct reports and teams. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building brands in a fast-paced environment. Location:
New York City (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 remote) *fully remote candidates or those that cannot meet this hybrid schedule will not be considered. Reports to:
