Responsibilities
Design and implement customer interaction solutions across various channels using Genesys Cloud and AWS services.
Set up and configure Amazon Connect contact flows, including call routing and voice menus.
Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services to enhance functionality and automate tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Genesys AWS Connect environment.
Monitor system performance and analyze customer interactions to identify areas for improvement.
Provide training and guidance to team members and contribute to the development of best practices.
Ensure the Genesys AWS Connect environment is secure and compliant with relevant regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud, including contact center routing, IVR, and WFM capabilities
In-depth knowledge of AWS services, particularly Amazon Connect, Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3
Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices
Familiarity with contact center workflows, telephony systems, and customer experience strategies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to analyze system performance, identify issues, and develop effective solutions
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Java, Python, and Kafka
Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to cloud environments
Experience providing training and guidance on Genesys and AWS technologies
