Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Data Analytics Engineer at CASE Management Consulting. This position requires an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI poly. Location: Washington, DC Responsibilities
Conduct monthly reports, prepare the Semi-Annual Report to Congress, and create the Annual Plan. Handle ad-hoc requests throughout the year. Timeline to completion, milestones, decision points, and checkpoints including dates associated with FY Annual Oversight Planning Cycle initiatives. Develop a detailed life cycle for producing a process that transitions from ad-hoc data pulls to standardized and automated capabilities. Coordinate the draft project plan and schedule with the TPOC and stakeholders for approval, milestones, decision points, checkpoints, and deliverables. Notify the COR, TPOC, and stakeholders when milestones are reached and coordinate reviews, demonstrations, and user testing sessions. Ensure compliance with the project plan and schedule; promptly raise issues impacting compliance to the COR, TPOC, and/or stakeholders for mitigation or schedule adjustment. Requirements
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and scripting. Experience with ETL/ELT processes and building scalable data pipelines. Experience with cloud analytics services (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse). Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Understanding of statistical analysis and basic machine learning concepts. Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and cost efficiency. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with both business and technical teams. Certifications
