Overview
We are seeking a driven Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager ready to take the next step into a Controller role. This Miami-based position offers the opportunity to oversee the financial operations of a multi-entity hospitality organization while playing a pivotal role in financial strategy, compliance, and executive decision-making. This role includes approximately 10% travel to support operations across multiple locations.
Compensation Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting: general ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll, intercompany transactions, and consolidations
Oversee profit and loss across business units, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
Lead month-end and year-end close, audits, and external reporting in compliance with US GAAP
Strengthen internal controls, compliance processes, and risk management frameworks
Partner with leadership on strategic planning, financial modeling, cost control, and KPI reporting
Direct cash flow, intercompany accounting, and tax compliance
Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and automation initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
3–5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with multi-entity consolidation
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, audit processes, and internal controls
Advanced skills in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct) and advanced Excel/reporting tools
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-financial stakeholders
Willingness to travel up to 10%
