Participate in and lead functional analysis interviews and document findings in report format. Review benchmarking analyses. Draft and compile client deliverables including reports, memoranda, and PowerPoint presentations. Review and analyze financial data and compute transfer pricing adjustments. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of US transfer pricing regulations and the OECD Guidelines. Interact with clients on calls, meetings, and through email. Attend professional conferences and assist in the preparation of technical articles and publications. Basic Qualifications
5+ years of transfer pricing experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related business field. CPA, Enrolled Agent, Masters in Economics, MBA, JD, or LLM. Preferred/Desired Qualifications
Masters in Economics, MBA, or LLM. Knowledge of transfer pricing concepts related to intellectual property. Experience analyzing related-party financial transactions (e.g., interest rate benchmarking, credit rating analyses). Experience conducting functional analyses interviews to identify and assess cross-border intercompany transactions. Ability to interpret and summarize complex financial data/models to aid economic analysis. Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to develop, maintain, and update complex models using current data; adapt models for varying assumptions. Ability to critically assess input data and stress test results for validity. Experience identifying client needs, participating in discussions, and managing engagements including documentation and balancing project economics with issues as they arise. Demonstrated experience as a team leader, including workload monitoring, providing feedback, and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues. Location and Compensation
Preferred Location: New York. For NYC and California, the salary range is between 85,000 and 150,000 USD. The range for other geographies varies by market. Actual compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
