Client Specialists are the first line of contact at all Barry’s studios. They are knowledgeable about all aspects of our business and comply with company policies, procedures, and directives. Client Specialists develop lasting client relationships by delivering superior hospitality, assisting with class selections, bookings, questions, keeping the studio clean, handling FuelBar orders, and processing merchandise purchases. They are effective communicators and brand ambassadors, conveying memorable experiences to clients. We seek passionate, hard‑working, reliable, team‑oriented, forward‑thinking problem‑solvers with outgoing interpersonal skills, a love for health, and a desire to contribute to the Barry’s community. This role encompasses Front Desk, Facilities, and Fuel Bar responsibilities. What You’ll Do

Front Desk Responsibilities Deliver exceptional client experience through hospitality and studio amenities to support sales and service Be a brand ambassador; warmly welcome clients and ensure a memorable Barry’s experience Develop constructive relationships with clients and staff; assist clients with questions or concerns Communicate with supervisors and peers in a timely and professional manner Maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment Guide clients on promotions, membership discounts, and events Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations Participate in required trainings and meetings Maintain flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and various shifts Fuel Bar Responsibilities Deliver quality smoothies and customer service in the Fuel Bar Handle pre-orders and on‑the‑spot orders customized to client needs Assist clients with questions and product selection Process orders using POS in a timely manner Keep Fuel Bar areas clean and sanitized Follow safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures per health codes Rotate merchandise and monitor shelf life Prepare Fuel Bar items per company recipes Facility Maintenance Prepare spaces before/after classes; clean equipment, sweep/mop floors, wipe mirrors Maintain locker rooms and common areas to brand standard Deep cleaning, organization, and service of all spaces Perform small repairs as appropriate Laundry services including towels Adhere to cleaning and maintenance checklists Customer Service Provide high hospitality to all clients; maintain client database for engagement Attend community events and invite clients to in‑studio happenings Qualifications

Strong hospitality skills aligned with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values Ability to work either full-time or part-time Full-time: minimum 30 hours/week, mornings/afternoons/evenings including one weekend day Part-time: minimum 24 hours/week, with shifts including mornings/afternoons/evenings and one weekend day Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Patient, courteous listener with empathy and a can‑do attitude Team player with a cooperative spirit and fast-paced multitasking ability Excellent cleaning standards and attention to studio appearance Maintain professional appearance and behavior Candidates must be at least 18 years old Pay Range:

17.43 USD per hour (Burlingame) Location: Burlingame, CA
