Responsibilities
Handle plaintiffs’ employment cases in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies.
Conduct discovery, draft pleadings, take and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in mediations and trials.
Work with colleagues across practice groups to provide comprehensive representation to clients.
Qualifications
2+ years of litigation experience, preferably with employment law exposure.
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage cases independently and within a team structure.
Admission to the California bar is required.
Compensation Base pay range:
$190,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr
