Lead and develop advanced financial analyses to support strategic initiatives, capital investment, revenue diversification, partnership and divestiture opportunities on behalf of Executive Leadership. Projects will be complex, high risk/return, and have material impacts to the system. Design and execute market and competitive analyses to support strategy, business development, and long-range financial planning. Design and construct sophisticated financial/economic analyses including ROIC decomposition/optimization; product, customer and portfolio profitability; and scenario modeling. Prepare and deliver actionable insights from analyses in written, graphical, and verbal formats to inform senior leadership. Provide consulting services to system operations, functions and clinical programs to evaluate opportunities to improve financial performance and/or mission return. Connect strategic decisions and options with financial analysis and impacts, including risks of status quo. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders and leaders across the organization. Contribute to the creation of FP&A best practices for planning, forecasting, and analytics. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance related field. 8 years of closely related finance experience. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Health Administration. Minimum of 6 years of progressive responsibility in business analytics, strategic financial management, strategic planning and/or consulting roles. Demonstrated executive presence with strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to distill complex analyses into impactful, concise stories. Ability to think outside the box and not be hindered by how things have been done in the past. A sense of humor and the ability to bring enthusiasm and optimism to complex business discussions is a bonus. Salary Range by Location
