Controller . In this position, youll be managing the day to day accounting function, as well as a small team. Other responsibilities include: Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS. Maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial reporting and safeguard company assets. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and performance metrics. Implement and manage cost accounting systems specific to manufacturing operations. Analyze production costs and work closely with operations to optimize cost efficiency. Monitor and control inventory valuation, variances, and stock reconciliations. Provide detailed margin analysis and product cost breakdowns. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities. Evaluate and manage financial risks, including credit, liquidity, and operational risks. Lead and develop the finance team to build capability and maintain high performance. Collaborate with operations, procurement, and sales departments to align financial strategies with business goals. Support ERP and systems integration efforts, particularly those related to finance and inventory. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields 6-10 years of relevant experience CPA preferred Manufacturing industry experience Seniority level
