Corporate Controller
to join their leadership team. The Corporate Controller will partner closely with the CFO to develop and lead the company’s accounting and finance functions, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple business units. Salary + Additional Benefits: $130,000-150,000 + Discretionary bonus 401(k) Location:

Direct Hire Responsibilities
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely, accurate, and GAAP-compliant reporting. Consolidate financial statements for multiple U.S. and U.K. entities, including newly acquired businesses. Prepare and deliver financial reports and insights to executive leadership, board members, and investors. Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with the CFO on due diligence, integration, and financial reporting related to acquisitions. Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support organizational growth. Partner with external tax advisors to provide information for federal, state, and local filings, ensuring compliance. Support the ongoing centralization of finance and accounting functions across the organization. Build, mentor, and oversee a growing accounting team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred. Progressive accounting and finance experience, including prior Controller or Assistant Controller responsibilities. Experience with multi-entity consolidations and acquisition integrations a plus. Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards. Background in a growth-oriented, VC/private equity–backed, or acquisitive environment preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
