Finatal is partnered with a construction services company backed by a leading private equity sponsor, seeking an accomplished Corporate Controller to help drive its next phase of growth. With approximately $100M in annual revenue and an active buy-and-build strategy, the company plans to scale through acquisitions and prepare for an exit within the next 24 months. Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Partner with the CEO, CFO, and executive team to support strategic decision-making. Integrate newly acquired businesses and establish scalable systems and controls. Drive process improvements to meet the rigor of a PE-backed environment and upcoming exit. Qualifications
Proven experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader within a construction or construction-services company. Track record in a private-equity environment, ideally through growth and transaction/exit events. Strong technical accounting expertise and hands-on leadership style. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven organization. Seniority level
