Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Voice Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco voice and collaboration technologies in enterprise environments. Base pay range
$65.00/hr - $75.00/hr Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support Cisco Unified Communications solutions, including CUCM, Unity, CME, and CUBE. Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice infrastructure issues across multi-site deployments. Manage and optimize voice gateways, call routing, voicemail systems, Jabber, and WebEx integrations. Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless voice service across the organization. Participate in the planning and execution of voice-related upgrades, migrations, and expansions. Primary Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience with
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) . Experience with related Cisco collaboration technologies (Unity, CME, CUBE). Strong knowledge of
call routing, dial plans, voicemail systems , and
multi-site call manager
setups. General network engineering knowledge (routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, etc.). Familiarity with network infrastructure and ability to support broader IT initiatives. Preferred Qualifications
Certification such as
CCNP Collaboration
or equivalent hands-on project experience. Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Benefits
