ADP . ADP is hiring a Lead Global Security Engineer. The role focuses on protecting ADP’s data and network infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments, with responsibilities spanning security policy, data protection, and network security governance. What You'll Do

Plan risk-reduction improvements and enhancements to ADP’s web security services across the global organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, identify, and remediate network and system vulnerabilities; influence security policy and architecture; contribute to team performance and coaching. Design and implement network security risk management strategies; gather requirements to develop prevention and detection capabilities; produce detailed designs for next-generation network security capabilities. Operate governance routines for auditing compliance; enable orchestration and automation to improve metrics and support security policies on the SASE platform. Support security incident response through orchestration and automation of security processes. Drive data controls remediation to meet audit, compliance, and ADP network data protection requirements; ensure adherence to privacy and legal compliance. To Succeed In This Role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years of relevant technical security experience. Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks (Prisma Access, SASE, Panorama) and NAC/SD-WAN; strong network security tooling experience. Positive leadership with the ability to mentor and guide teams; strong written and verbal communication; high integrity and independent work style. 8+ years of cybersecurity experience across planning, implementing, and running security capabilities; knowledge of DLP and data protection technologies; cross-functional collaboration skills. Technical expertise in global hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, O365, GCP); familiarity with major security technologies and scripting for automation. Strong soft skills to communicate with executives, engineers, architects, and business units.
