We’re on a mission to redefine how security programs operate — with intelligence, automation, and efficiency at the core. This newly created role will lead an exciting initiative to explore, implement, and scale innovative AI and Generative AI-driven capabilities across ADP’s security ecosystem.
As the Director of Security AI & Innovation Technical Leader, you will drive the use of advanced AI/ML technologies, including agentic and LLM-based frameworks, to enhance security operations, streamline decision-making, and unlock measurable business value. You’ll work closely with internal security and enterprise stakeholders to identify use cases, architect AI-enabled solutions that align with enterprise standards and define a long-term vision for intelligent security operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role driving thought leadership initially as an individual contributor with the potential to build a small, agile team. It’s ideal for a forward-thinking, technically skilled leader who thrives at the intersection of security, AI, and enterprise design.## QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML implementation, or related technical domains.
10+ years of technical development experience.
Proven track record of developing innovative products and driving AI or GenAI initiatives in enterprise or security contexts.
Experience designing and implementing solutions using LLMs, agent-based frameworks, or orchestration tools.
Familiarity with modern MLOps pipelines, vector databases, and data engineering practices.
Understanding of security processes and operational models (e.g., DLP, threat detection, SOAR, vulnerability management).
Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and communicate with both technical and executive audiences.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience coordinating with security, architecture, and enterprise teams.
Preferred:
Experience working with tools like OpenAI, Amazon Q, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, or similar GenAI ecosystems.
Experience integrating AI capabilities into security analytics, dashboards, or workflow automation.
Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and using AI for decision support.
Product or innovation management experience in a technical setting.## ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Security AI & Innovation Product Manager in the development of the strategy, evaluation, and implementation of GenAI and AI/ML use cases across various security domains (e.g., product security testing, threat detection, incident response, fraud, governance, identity, and vulnerability management).
Architect and design intelligent solutions in alignment with ADP’s enterprise architecture standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams across security, GETS, enterprise platforms, and data/AI to pilot and operationalize innovative capabilities.
Partner with the Security AI & Innovation Product Manager to create and maintain a roadmap of AI-driven security initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, and innovation.
Define, track, and report KPIs, KRIs, and business value metrics to assess performance and impact of implemented solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving GenAI and security tech landscape, evaluating opportunities for strategic adoption.
