We are representing a leading SaaS company based in Boston, MA, dedicated to providing innovative solutions to their global clientele. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Azure DevOps Engineer to join the team. This role is integral to their operations, ensuring the seamless integration and deployment of their software products.
Role Overview As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with their development and IT teams to ensure efficient deployment and operation of their software solutions. This role demands a strong background in IT infrastructure, alongside expertise in Azure, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
Collaborate with software development and IT operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
Maintain and optimize Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers for scalable application deployment.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
Automate and streamline operations and processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot application performance and system health.
Implement and maintain security best practices within the DevOps environment.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of our DevOps processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong background in IT infrastructure.
Expertise in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Proficiency in Python or PowerShell scripting and automation.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
Strong understanding of security best practices in a DevOps context.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation and Benefits Salary:
$150,000 - $175,000 + 15% annual performance bonus
Base pay range:
$150,000 - $175,000 per year
