THE CLIENT: A high growth International Alternative Investment Manager focused on digital infrastructure investments across data centers, towers, fiber, and other emerging technologies. They use a thematic and creative investment approach and seek to structure and manage investments with a value-add approach that has enabled top quartile returns across their strategies.
Role and responsibilities
As a Private Equity Associate, you'll work on lean deal teams that provide ownership of the execution process and significant visibility to the highest ranks of the business. You will build close relationships with portfolio companies and contribute to value-add initiatives through the thematic investment process.
Required experience
1-4 years of Investment Banking M&A or Private Equity experience with a focus on digital infrastructure, TMT, infrastructure, power, renewables, industrials, or related fields Exceptional financial modeling skills Experience creating pitch decks and other marketing materials Strong written and oral communications Must be in or willing to relocate to New York
