Responsibilities
Lead executive-level reporting and deliver high-impact insights to inform strategic decisions across the business.
Be a trusted partner to senior leadership, owning complex datasets, producing clear executive reports and dashboards, and translating raw data into meaningful, actionable insights.
Develop, maintain, and scale executive dashboards and scorecards that support GCS business management and operating cadences.
Manage data governance to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability across multiple systems and data sources.
Translate complex datasets into insightful narratives that influence executive decision-making and strategic direction.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Product to align metrics, KPIs, and data definitions.
Identify data gaps and inconsistencies, recommending and implementing improvements to data architecture and business logic.
Support ad hoc analysis requests from executive stakeholders with speed, clarity, and accuracy.
Help drive a data-first culture by mentoring team members and sharing best practices around data hygiene, dashboard design, and insight communication.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role, preferably supporting senior leadership or executive teams.
Deep understanding of data structures, business acumen, and advanced technical ability—particularly SQL—with strong storytelling through data.
Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries across large, normalized datasets in BigQuery.
Strong experience with Tableau (dashboard development, data blending, calculated fields) and data visualization tools with a focus on design and storytelling.
Experience working with large datasets from platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Clarizen, or similar.
Strong business acumen and understanding of post-sales operational metrics and drivers.
Proven ability to turn raw data into clear insights and influence business strategy through analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets including formulas, pivot tables, and scripting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional environments.
Compensation & Benefits The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates offered at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $130,000 and $209,000 per year. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
