This role is with Catalyst Professional Network and involves strategic tax leadership across multiple offices, with a focus on value-driven advisory and team development. Innovate tax processes: develop streamlined processes and technology integrations to improve efficiency and accuracy; collaborate with IT for impactful outcomes. Lead your team: balance workloads across offices, plan for peak seasons, and sustain motivation and progress. Coach and develop talent: mentor emerging tax professionals with current regulations and strategies in a growth-focused environment. Address complex client issues: collaborate with stakeholders to deliver smart, timely resolutions. Drive performance: set bold goals, provide feedback, and implement plans to elevate team performance. Master compliance and strategy: manage audits and policies while identifying trends to shape proactive tax planning. Relationship building: establish strong connections with clients, auditors, and internal teams to drive success. What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)
Oversee a hybrid, multi-office setting (3 on-site days) blending high-level strategy with hands-on leadership. Move beyond routine compliance to creative tax planning that adds value for clients. Qualifications
Experience as a leader in tax advisory or management with demonstrated team leadership and client service excellence. Strong mentoring, coaching, and contingent problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in process improvements, tech integration, and strategic thinking. Job Details
