Litigation Attorney – Wage & Hour / Class Actions A powerhouse Los Angeles-based law firm, nationally recognized for its work in plaintiff-side wage-and-hour class action litigation, is expanding into the Seattle market and hiring a litigation attorney for its new Seattle office. The firm handles a high volume of complex class and representative actions in both state and federal courts, regularly litigating against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies across industries. With a proven record of recovering millions for employees and consumers, the practice focuses on wage-and-hour violations, unfair business practices, discrimination, and false advertising. What This Role Offers the Employment Litigation Attorney: A front-row seat in cutting-edge class action litigation Hands-on experience with discovery, motion work, depositions, and court appearances A collaborative team with deep expertise in employment and consumer class actions Qualifications of the Employment Litigation Attorney: Licensed to practice in Washington or California, or licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction and pending admission to the Washington or California Bar 1–3 years of civil litigation experience; class action or wage-and-hour experience strongly preferred Solid litigation skills and a commitment to plaintiff-side advocacy Must be located in Washington State; in-office presence required as firm establishes its Seattle base Occasional in-state travel may be needed This is a ground-floor opportunity for a driven attorney to help build out the Seattle office of one of the most respected class action firms in the field.
