Account Management Lead - Fintech at Plaid. Plaid powers tools used by millions of people to manage finances and works with thousands of companies to connect financial accounts. The Account Management team supports Fintech customers by applying deep technical, product, and industry knowledge to help customers build and scale applications and businesses. The role leads a team of account managers who work with some of the largest Fintechs and collaborates cross-functionally to build solutions that drive growth for customers and the team. Responsibilities

Recruiting, hiring, and developing a world-class account management team to support our fastest growing customers and deliver on revenue targets. Motivating and inspiring team members to enable personal and professional growth. Engaging with C-level executives to build and maintain customer relationships. Building and executing the strategy that drives upsell/cross-sell revenue and renewals at scale, and operationalizing processes to drive team efficiency. Working in a high-pace, cross-functional environment with varied challenges. Collaborating with leadership across the company to set direction for the Fintech team and Plaid as a whole. Qualifications

8+ years of experience, ideally 3+ years managing a revenue-driving team. Proven track record of driving revenue through sales or account management at a technology company, with fintech, financial services, or tech clients. Excitement for recruiting, onboarding, and coaching; thoughtful approach to team planning and development. Strong ability to articulate technical and financial value to internal teams and external customers, including executive audiences. Strong analytical skills to understand customer trends at scale. Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Outstanding communication skills to drive internal alignment and results. Compensation and Location

Salary: $157,440 - $268,800 per year. The target base salary varies by location. This range is Zone-based as follows: Zone 1: New York City and San Francisco Bay Area Zone 2: Los Angeles, Seattle, Washington D.C. Zone 3: Austin, Boston, Denver, Houston, Portland, Sacramento, San Diego Zone 4: Raleigh-Durham and all other US cities Additional compensation may include equity and/or commission.
