You will achieve 100% compliance with local legal regulations, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment management systems and standards. You are responsible for the management and maintenance of site facilities, buildings and equipment (hardware & software). Responsibilities

Works cross-functionally to develop and implement a strategic Facilities road-map and annual operating plan which is a competitive advantage to Mondelēz. Partner with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to define and meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement goals. Establish a strong governance to review and control Operational performance and continuous Improvement plan to deliver best-in-class results internally and externally.

Lead and be accountable for Building Maintenance programs, Facilities maintenance program capabilities, including maintenance repairs and overall operations. Ensure adherence to business continuity plans, manufacturing standards, and government regulations understood by all employees and service providers at the site, regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation.

Provide leadership and coaching to Facilities team towards implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma ways of working: delivering zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams; PM (Progressive Maintenance) pillar, CBM (condition-based monitoring), Visual controls & tools management, lubrication management and calibration of equipment.

Role model values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring and building skills capability across the Plant technical/engineering team to engage with latest modern practices. Have a clear people succession and resource plan for assets and technology, identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain and develop critical talent.

Interface with key stakeholders internally and externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, align priorities to deliver company objectives and goals.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry with experience in TPM, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards.

An engineer with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, PM expertise, Spare parts management, SAP PM module end-user knowledge, technology and engineering automation basics.

Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving and team building.

What you need to know about this position: Equipment Maintenance and Reliability : Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of equipment and machinery within a facility by developing and implementing maintenance strategies, conducting reliability analyses, and optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) : Conduct root cause analyses to identify underlying factors contributing to equipment failures or performance issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Predictive Maintenance Technologies : Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasonic testing to proactively monitor equipment health.

Data Analysis and Decision-Making : Rely on data-driven decision-making to prioritize maintenance tasks, optimize resource allocation, and improve equipment reliability. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is critical.

Continuous Improvement Culture : Drive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation, and implementing best practices to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Regulatory Compliance and Safety : Ensure maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards; stay updated on regulations to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality assurance, and procurement to address reliability issues and support organizational goals.

Training and Development : Invest in ongoing training and development to stay current with technologies and best practices; pursue opportunities for professional development.

Performance Metrics and KPIs : Monitor and report on KPIs related to equipment reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and asset performance; establish meaningful metrics and benchmarks.

What extra ingredients you will bring

Candidates should have a strong understanding of reliability engineering principles, including reliability analysis, FMEA, RCA, and predictive maintenance techniques.

Proficiency with maintenance management software, CMMS, and reliability software tools is a plus.

Education / Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial).

Job specific requirements

SAP PM module experience is a plus; proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word).

Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, or a related field.

Salary and Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $71,000.00 - $85,000.00; exact salary depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program based on performance and company results. Mondelēz International offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and other benefits.
