Owns overall accountability to execution of roadmap and business impact by directing the strategic vision and aligning with the company\'s objectives and goals Fosters and promotes high engagement, performance and collaboration while providing strategic direction across several teams. Recognized as an influential leader that helps facilitate quick decision making Interacts internally and externally with executive level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters. Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience Compensation and Benefits
The pay range shown reflects base pay; targeted pay range for this position in the listed locations is: United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI: 230,000 - 346,000 USD / Annual United States - Redwood City Office GHQ: 250,000 - 374,000 USD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
