BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks a mid-level Associate Attorney in Boston, MA, to join its civil litigation team. This full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement and the opportunity to work on complex cases, including products liability, construction disputes, and medical malpractice defense.
Duties
Manage a diverse caseload from start to finish. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials. Develop litigation strategies and work closely with clients and colleagues. Conduct focused legal research and draft memoranda. Requirements
4-6 years of civil litigation experience. Experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts. Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions. Strong advocacy skills and ability to perform legal research. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications
Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar. Skills
