3-6 years of M&A and transactional experience. Experience with public company transactions preferred. Familiarity with technology and life sciences industries is a plus. Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. Skills
