This role ensures data is reliable, well-governed, and accessible, so teams can ship better products, automate operations, and unlock AI/ML insights that improve resident experience and property performance. What is the role? A Director who sets the vision and operating model for data at DOOR. You will lead a growing team of engineers and analysts, establish a trusted metrics layer, and build the modern data platform and practices that enable self-service analytics and ML-ready datasets. Working across Product, Operations, Finance, and Sales, you’ll prioritize the highest-impact use cases, define quality and freshness standards, and create scalable systems that help the business move faster with confidence.
