Overview

Lowney Architecture seeks a highly qualified Job Captain to work in our growing Honolulu office. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in multi-family housing or hospitality projects, is team-oriented, and has experience working with a project manager to create and coordinate documents and manage construction administration. This position is full-time. Compensation is based on experience and skill set. Responsibilities

Coordinate documents with project managers and design teams. Assist with construction administration and project delivery through all phases. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture 6+ years of post-academic, professional design experience Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office 5+ years of on-the-job Revit implementation Advanced knowledge of architectural design, detailing, building materials, building codes, and constructability Expert in coordinating drawings with design consultants Exceptional organizational, design, and communication skills Understanding and development of drawings from Schematic Design through Construction Documents Highly organized and detail oriented; able to work collaboratively on fast-paced projects through all phases while fostering team spirit Pay commensurate with experience
