They have hit $30m ARR in 4 years and are hiring a Senior Accountant to support growth, with a Founding team that has experience in multiple SaaS scale-ups and exits. The Role: Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, the Senior Accountant will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting during a transformative period, own the month-end close, support financial controls implementation, audits, cash flow forecasting, and integrate newly acquired international entities into the group’s financial infrastructure. This role includes day-to-day operational finance support (payroll, AP/AR, intercompany transactions). There is significant room for progression as the business scales post-Series B+. Responsibilities
Own month-end close including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting Assist in audit preparation and implementation of robust financial controls (ASC606) Prepare cash flow forecasts and perform regular balance sheet reconciliations Support intercompany transactions and international group consolidations Work with the Director of Accounting on M&A integration projects and process design Maintain and improve processes for payroll, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) Ensure data integrity and accuracy within NetSuite Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and Operations teams to support ongoing improvements in reporting and compliance Requirements
2–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a scale-up or multi-entity environment Or Newly Qualified CPA from a public accounting or Big 4 background Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial controls Comfortable working across multiple entities, including international subsidiaries Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills Enthusiastic, adaptable, and excited to grow in a high-growth business Nice to Have
Netsuite experience strongly preferred Experience supporting M&A or post-deal integrations Exposure to SaaS, tech, or VC/PE-backed businesses CPA or nearly CPA qualified Location
