Director of Finance
with a strong background in the gaming industry to join our team in Colorado. This key leadership role oversees all financial operations and requires expertise in gaming regulations, compliance, and casino finance. Relocation to Colorado is required. Lead and oversee all financial functions, including accounting, revenue, cage operations, and asset accounting Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and the protection of company assets Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasting to support short- and long-term planning Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Develop, lead, and mentor the finance team, maintaining high performance and morale Enforce financial policies, internal controls, and compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act Partner with executive leadership and vendors on financial planning and operational strategy Monitor payroll, expenditures, and revenue performance to ensure profitability Maintain a general awareness of casino operations and performance at all times Qualifications
CPA preferred but a degree is mandatory in accounting and/or finance 5+ years of recent, relevant accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment Must be able to apply for a Colorado Driver’s License and a clean driving record Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming License Benefits
