Apply project management best practices to ground-up commercial construction projects in the DC/MD area. Engage with clients, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage project schedules, budgets, and safety programs. Collaborate with leadership to drive project success from pre-construction through turnover. Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management Experience with Commercial Construction required Ground up large retail or light industrial experience preferred Experience in the DMV market preferred Benefits
