Insurance Defense Attorney (3-12+ Years’)

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our Houston office. The ideal candidate will have extensive litigation experience in construction defect, bodily injury defense, and other insurance defense matters and be proficient in handling civil cases through trial. Key Responsibilities: Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision Qualifications: Must be licensed to practice law in Texas (additional state licensure is a plus) 7+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred) Experience in construction defect, bodily injury defense, and other insurance defense matters (Required) What We Offer: Generous bonus structure Full benefits package Supportive and collaborative work environment Seniority level
