Tax Director
to join its growing finance and tax team. This individual will play a key role in managing partnership tax compliance, overseeing tax provisions, and supporting the firm’s investment and business operations from a tax perspective. Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and review of federal, state, and local partnership tax returns and related filings. Manage the firm’s quarterly and annual tax provision process in accordance with ASC 740. Partner with internal finance, investment, and legal teams to ensure tax-efficient structuring of transactions. Research complex tax issues and provide guidance on partnership allocations, distributions, and investor reporting. Coordinate with external advisors and auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy of tax filings and provisions. Qualifications
7–10 years of tax experience, ideally with a mix of Big Four public accounting and/or in-house asset management industry experience. Strong background in
partnership taxation
and
tax provisions (ASC 740) . CPA is preferred. Excellent technical tax knowledge combined with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively across departments.
