Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an Audit Senior Manager in our Columbus, Ohio office. This position manages the varied duties of multiple engagements running concurrently, from building and maintaining client relationships to planning and completing engagements, to the billing and collection process. The Senior Manager also leads development, coaching, and supervision of subordinates. The incumbent participates in firm growth and management initiatives. The role provides direction and coordination of resources to ensure client satisfaction in the planning and execution of audit engagements and requires technical expertise in accounting and auditing theory and principles, as well as research and analysis.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise To Be Considered For This Position, Candidates Must

Have CPA.

Have seven to ten years related experience.

Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) as well as basic knowledge of operating systems.

Demonstrate an aptitude in:

Quantitative and qualitative research and analysis

Building relationships and leadership ability

Project management

Business development
