ABOUT THE TEAM The Mission Operations (MOPs) team manages the execution, growth, and success of customer accounts. Mission Operations Engineers own customer relationships and help plan, deploy Anduril products in support of missions. They work with customers to understand problems and shape Anduril’s offerings with engineering teams. They are responsible for customer and mission success and influence Anduril’s future.
Connected Warfare is a business line focused on a software-defined distributed C2 architecture for orchestrating and automating 3rd party sensors and strike networks for joint operations. We deploy capabilities on an operational timeline to meet challenges across the DOD and IC.
ABOUT THE JOB Orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products.
Lead the planning and deployment of Anduril’s flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions. Through collaboration with engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams, Mission Operators deploy products to the field, train end users, and ensure high performance. They monitor engagement and feedback to improve user experience and product usage, and work with product teams to address issues as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Serve in a customer-facing capacity with the Department of Defense to deploy Anduril integrated hardware-software C2 products. Own delivery of contract deliverables, including performance measures, technical reports, and user engagement roadmaps.
Design and implement user feedback loops to triage requirements, issues, and challenges encountered during training, exercises, and routine use.
Provide input to program and engineering teams to drive product features and configurations that improve user workflows and deployment of Anduril C2 products.
Support engagement with other service components, Geographic Combatant Commands, and other government organizations to increase adoption across the U.S. military.
Develop and contribute to streamlined user feedback and engagement systems, including issue tracking, training, and preparation for large-scale exercises and events.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in technical program or account management roles
Experience translating highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications
Experience in program management and product deployment
Secret/TS clearance with SCI eligibility strongly preferred
Willing to travel up to 50%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Joint intelligence, operational planning, targeting, and fires systems
Familiarity with C2 concepts, processes, and principles
Prior military or government acquisition/government contracting experience
Direct experience in management consulting or product management
US Salary Range
$108,000 - $162,000 USD
The salary range is an estimate based on a broad range of factors. Actual offers may vary. Anduril provides equity, strong benefits, and a range of programs designed to support employees.
