Growth We are currently partnered with a leading publicly traded organization in the SaaS space that is looking to add a Senior Corporate Accountant to its growing team. The company is open to two candidate profiles: one being someone coming directly out of public accounting, preferably from a Big 4 or large regional firm, and the other being a corporate accountant with 5+ years of experience in a similar environment. Responsibilities
Managing month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes Preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and internal reports Accounting for fixed assets, leases, commissions, and prepaid expenses Handling compensation programs (stock and executive bonus tracking) Monitoring cash receipts and ensuring accurate accruals Supporting SOX compliance and audits (financial, 401k, workers comp) Partnering with other departments to ensure reporting accuracy Assisting with ad-hoc projects and analyses Must-haves
U.S. degree in Accounting or Finance Strong GAAP knowledge and debits/credits foundation Hands-on month-end close and journal entry experience Proficiency in Excel Nice-to-haves
