Provide tax consulting related to fund investments. Prepare both US and International tax returns. Oversee reporting for Forms 1099 and 1042, tax depreciation, and ASC 740 compliance. Partner with internal teams, external advisors, and senior leadership to develop and implement appropriate tax structures. Work cross-functionally with partners, accounting, legal, and operations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a
GPA of 3.5+ CPA required 5+ years of tax experience at Big 4 (or large regional firm) Knowledge of capital gains, interest and dividend rules in both US and foreign jurisdictions U.S. & International tax preparation experience required Tax consulting experience related to fund investments Go-getter personality; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical skills, judgment, initiative, organization, and time management skills. Eagerness to build relationships across teams and proactively drive improvements Context
