Account Leadership: Serve as the primary executive contact and strategic leader for the CDW partnership. Sales Management: Lead a sales team and grow the revenue of our B2B display portfolio, including digital signage, LED, desktop monitors, HTV, and software and solutions. Revenue Growth: Own and exceed revenue and profitability targets for the CDW account through effective sales planning, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy. Partner Development: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at CDW, including executive leadership, sales leaders, and category managers. Joint Business Planning: Develop and execute annual business plans with CDW that align with Samsung’s sales priorities, product launches, and marketing strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance to support CDW with tools, training, and programs needed to succeed. Program Execution: Drive joint marketing campaigns, sales incentives, and enablement programs to increase Samsung's share of wallet at CDW. Data & Reporting: Analyze sell-through performance, identify gaps or opportunities, and use data-driven insights to align strategy and execution. Field Engagement: Align Samsung and CDW field sales teams across regions to drive co-selling initiatives and end-user engagement. Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of experience in B2B channel sales preferred. Deep understanding of the CDW business model, sales motion, and culture is highly preferred. Proven track record of managing channel partner relationships and delivering revenue growth. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Experience developing joint go-to-market strategies and executing through indirect sales. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Experience using CRM software (Salesforce.com preferred). Ability to work independently and travel within assigned geographic territory (up to 50% of the time). Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role will vary by region due to geographic differentials in the labor market, and actual pay will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and internal benchmarks. Regional ranges include: Colorado: $186,000 to $196,000 NYC: $212,500 to $224,000 Washington State: $203,500 to $214,500 California: $212,500 to $224,000 New Jersey: $168,000 to $177,500 Regular full-time employees have access to benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 6 months), Paid Time Off, Wellness Incentives, and more.
