We’re looking for a
Healthcare Relationship Manager
to lead growth and relationship strategies within the healthcare sector. This role is ideal for a banking professional who thrives on building new business, deepening client relationships, and structuring complex lending solutions. You’ll work with physician groups, outpatient surgery centers, hospital partnerships, long-term care operators, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities—helping them achieve their financial goals while expanding our presence in this specialized industry. What You’ll Do
Drive
business development
by acquiring new clients and growing relationships with existing ones. Build a strong network of
referral partners and COIs
to generate new opportunities. Manage and grow an assigned portfolio, ensuring profitability, quality, and client satisfaction. Negotiate and structure lending agreements, preparing clear, compelling credit packages for approval. Oversee the
loan closing process , ensuring documentation, compliance, and accuracy. Monitor client financials, assess credit risk, and proactively address changes in credit quality. Cross-sell a broad range of banking products to meet client needs. What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience in lending, credit, or relationship management within commercial banking. Proven ability to
prospect, sell, and negotiate
effectively. Strong knowledge of credit underwriting, loan documentation, and financial analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision makers. Comfort with Salesforce, nCino, or similar tools. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. Formal commercial credit training. Seniority level
