EisnerAmper We are seeking a Director for our Research & Development Tax Credit practice who thrives in a growing environment and provides clients with exceptional services. We are a leading accounting and advisory firm that supports a diverse range of industries in R&D tax credit consulting from scoping to defending claims with federal and state tax agencies. Our client base includes c-corporations, s-corporations and partnerships, with some clients monetizing the R&D tax credit as a qualified small business via the payroll tax credit offset. What You Will Be Responsible For
Manage and coordinate R&D tax credit consulting services for clients. Prepare the necessary qualitative and quantitative documentation to support R&D tax credit claims. Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters, supporting partners with service execution and development of extended services. Research and consult on technical matters and special projects. Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with clients to provide superior service. Participate in business development efforts, collaborating with partners and marketing professionals to target and build relationships with client prospects. Manage, train, and develop staff; participate in the performance review process. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field 10+ years of accounting experience and/or experience with Research & Development Credits (R&D) Preferred/Desired Qualifications
