Director - Research & Development Tax Credits (R&D) at EisnerAmper. What work you will be responsible for
Manage and coordinate R&D tax credit consulting services for clients. Prepare the necessary qualitative and quantitative documentation to support R&D tax credit claims. Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters, support partners with service execution, and develop extended services. Research and consult on technical matters and special projects. Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with clients to provide superior service. Participate in business development efforts, collaborating with partners and marketing to target and build relationships with prospects. Manage, train, and develop staff; participate in the performance review process. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field 10+ years of accounting experience and/or experience with R&D credits Preferred/Desired Qualifications
Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field CPA or equivalent About EisnerAmper

Preferred Location: New York. For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between 120,000 and 250,000 USD. The range for other geographies may vary by market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Seniority level
