Washington, DC Experience:
3–7 Years PQE | Environmental & Mass Tort Focus Responsibilities
Handle environmental litigation at the federal level, including civil and criminal matters Advise clients on regulatory compliance and enforcement approaches of federal agencies and the DOJ Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; manage case documents and projects independently Conduct legal research and provide analytical support on complex environmental and administrative law issues Work directly with clients, contributing to strategy and execution of litigation and regulatory matters Who You Are
3–7 years of environmental or federal litigation experience (government-side enforcement experience preferred) Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in environmental and administrative law Proven ability to work independently and manage complex projects Excellent writing, research, and communication skills JD from a top-tier law school and admission to practice in DC (or eligible to waive in) Compensation
Salary Range: $260,000 – $470,000 (DOE) Comprehensive benefits, including healthcare, retirement, paid leave, parental leave, discretionary performance-based bonuses, and more How to apply
