You will drive all people activities, initiatives, and programs for the entire Champaign site, supporting the Plant Manager and acting as a key member of the plant leadership team. The HRBP works under the guidance of the Director, HR – Supply Chain BU, and is responsible for driving HR strategy, managing talent, overseeing engagement within the site and community, developing site-specific policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Process Management: Own and implement HR processes including workforce planning, compensation, organizational change, process improvement, staffing, pipeline development, training, and organizational development.

Talent: Drive talent development, engage with the business for staffing plans, manage staffing levels and talent moves, and develop succession plans for leadership roles.

Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by investigating, resolving, and communicating employee questions, issues, and concerns, and set positive employee relations strategies for the site.

Culture: Demonstrate Kraft Heinz’s mission, values, and initiatives, and act as a change champion for the facility.

Employee Engagement: Build strong relationships with employees, advocating for their job enrichment, engagement, and development.

Compliance: Ensure the application and interpretation of HR policies and programs comply with employment laws.

Analytics: Use data and analytics to inform business and talent decisions.

Strategy: Evaluate business challenges and develop solutions.

Core knowledge of HR fundamentals and collaboration skills across HR areas.

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong business acumen, project management skills, and proficiency with workplace technology (e.g., Workday, Kronos, MS Office).

Effective communication with leadership and key stakeholders through data and insights.

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Ability to manage teams through others.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Adaptability to changing priorities and multiple assignments.

$137,400 - $171,700 Bonus:

Performance-based bonus eligibility as per plan terms. The offered compensation will consider internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, skills, experience, and other factors. Benefits:
