Transfer Pricing Senior Tax Analyst
plays a key role in compiling and analyzing data related to inter-company transactions. Responsibilities include gathering facts from various parts of the company, analyzing financial statements, managing complex data sets and models, conducting comparables searches, preparing transfer pricing write-ups, working with accounting and other groups to implement transfer pricing strategies, defending audits, and identifying risks and opportunities. The Kraft Heinz global transfer pricing group oversees strategy, audit defense, risk management, and compliance, conducting analyses across all business units in collaboration with tax, business, and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities Correspond with operating companies, participate in fact-finding interviews, explain data requests, manage analytical projects, and prepare reports. Also, coordinate with external consultants to ensure smooth project flow and quality information. Pull and analyze data from internal and external databases, manage analytical projects, and prepare summaries. Collaborate on transfer pricing projects related to planning, compliance, and audit defense. Research transfer pricing questions. Support team managers and directors in various tasks. Qualifications Advanced degree in economics, finance, tax, business management, accounting, or related field. At least 2 years of transfer pricing experience, preferably with Big Four firms, large law firms, or large corporations with international transfer pricing exposure. Experience in financial statement analysis and proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of data query tools, data management, and analysis software such as Alteryx is a plus. Language skills are advantageous. Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and in teams. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $88,000 - $110,000, plus performance-based bonus. Benefits include healthcare, retirement plans, wellbeing programs, and various employee resources.
