GenRe currently offers an excellent opportunity for a Human Resource Data Analyst to join the Human Resources Department at our Stamford, CT office. This is a hybrid role. Role Description The Human Resource Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the Compensation and Benefits teams for U.S. and Canadian associates. The analyst will interact with internal and external clients and respond effectively to their questions and concerns. Key Responsibilities: Data extraction, reporting, and analysis to support HR operations, including: Tracking and analyzing employee metrics for workforce planning and decision-making Preparing data for annual compensation surveys Analyzing benefit participation data for Open Enrollment Producing management reports for compensation processes Assisting with administration of US and Canada benefit plans Processing vendor invoices Producing monthly and quarterly reports Serving as backup for payroll and HR processes Participating in special projects Role Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 2+ years in HR Compensation/Benefits and Payroll Working knowledge of Power BI preferred Good communication skills, both written and oral Strong Excel skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook Customer service and client relations skills Organizational and self-management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects Teamwork skills Willingness to take on additional responsibilities High integrity and confidentiality Ability to prioritize and work under pressure Knowledge of PeopleSoft, US Benefits operations, Ceridian Dayforce, ADP Workforce Now, and Microsoft Access is a plus Salary Range 78,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD The posted salary range is broad and may vary based on credentials, experience, location, responsibilities, performance, and skills.
